Gov Fubara Signs 2025 Appropriation Bill Into Law, Chides Pro Wike’s Lawmakers

Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara has signed into law the 2025 budget of N1,188,962,739,932.36 and insisted that the State has only one authentic House of Assembly and it is led by Rt Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo.

Governor Fubara said a group of friends, led by Martin Amaewhule, took a sail, on a sympathy of course they least understood.

Half-way, the journey, Governor Fubara stated that those group of persons realized the mistake they made and had tried doing a u-turn but it now too late.

Governor Fubara spoke while signing I to law the Rivers State 2025 appropriation bill at Government House in Port Harcourt on Thursday.

The Governor explained: "I want to say this, maybe for some persons somewhere who are still mixing up issues.

"We have only one Rivers State House of Assembly and that Assembly is headed by Rt Hon Victor Oko-Jumbo

"A group of friends about 9 months ago embarked on a what they call Sinbad journey.

"Half-way from the vessel while they were coasting, they now realized that they were entering the den of devil and sharks. They now retracted.

"But it is too late, and the truth about it, we are not going back, we have given them enough room for peace.

"There is no Governor in this country that has taken the shit that I took from those set of people."
