Lagosians Residents Trapped As First Rain Flood Ravage City

Residents have been trapped after flood overran a bridge at Command, Ayobo, Ipaja area of Lagos. 

This was after the heavy downpour in the early hours of Tuesday, February 20.

Emergency workers are evacuating trapped residents.
