Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru of APC has been declared the winner of the Gubernatorial election in Ebonyi State
Nwifuru recieved about 199,000 votes to defeat his closest rival from PDP that got a little over 80,000 votes
He was declared winner at the State capital Abakaliki on Tuesday
