The Police in Bauchi have arrested two teenagers who allegedly killed a young girl and cut off her vagina
The teenagers who claimed to be acting on the instruction of a herbalist alleged that they were promised N500,000 each if they can pull off the feat which from all indications is for ritual purposes
It has not been confirmed if the herbalist has been arrested as at the time of going to press by police.
