Buhari Commends Islamic International Organization's Pledge To Help Tackle Boko Haram

President Muhammadu Buhari has welcomed the pledge by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to help Nigeria tackle the Boko Haram insurgency through sound education among other things.
