BUHARI WRITES NATIONAL ASSEMBLY,TRANSMITS POWER TO OSINBAJO AGAIN

President Muhammadu Buhari has transmitted a letter to the National Assembly as required by the constitution empowering Prof Yemi Osinbajo to act as Prseident pending his return from medical trip.

This was the teet from the President.

"I have sent the required letters regarding my trip to @NGRSenate and @HouseNGR, in line with Section 145(1) of the 1999 Constitution.

Vice President @ProfOsinbajo will take charge in my absence. Government will continue to function smoothly and efficiently.

I'd like to assure all Nigerians that there is no cause for worry. I appreciate your prayers & kind wishes.

May God continue to bless Nigeria"..
