GALLANT POLICE OFFICER KILLED AS ROBBERS STRUCK IN ABUJA..EIGHT ARRESTED

Few weeks after Nigeria lost some gallant soldiers among them a Lt Colonel to Boko haram,another tragedy struck yesterday again,this time within the ranks of the Nigerian Police as another fine officer by the name Sgt Felix Igbasan a member of the IG of Police crack Intelligence Response Team ( IRT ) team fell to the bullets of armed robbers in Abuja.Eight of the robbers were arrested and four AK47 riffles were recovered from them.

"Very Sad Day for IRT. We lost one of the Bravest and Most Reliable Personnel of the IGP Intelligence Response Team (IRT) Today. Sgt Felix Igbasan who died 4am Today 13/11/16, Sustained Multiple Bullet Wounds during Fierce Gun Battle with Deadly Armed Robbers in Abuja. Though we Arrested 8 of the Armed Robbers and Recovered 4 AK47 Rifles, we lost one of our best. May His Soul Rest in peace, Ameen."
