IKPEAZU vs OTTI:ABIA GROUP CONDEMNS APPEAL COURT'S RULING

To Whom It May Concern:

Our attention have been drawn over the Appeal Court Decision rendered in Owerri, Imo State on 12/31/2015.

It is heart breaking and unjustifiable what was done by these five Appeal Court Judges that delivered and rendered such a dangerous and unconscionable miscarriage of justice.

It is unthinkable that these five Judges showed such high level of unethical behavior, lack of judiciary professionalism on the bench, and no remorse and respect for the rule of law of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for the sake of corrupted money.

For these five Appeal Court Judges that sat in Owerri, Imo State on 12/31/2015 to render this unconscionable and inhumane judgment against Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu government contrary to the national electoral laws of the land is an aberration of justice and rule of law both in a civilized and uncivilized society.
Secondly, it is also against the wishes and mandate of Abians who have spoken loud and clear through an electoral process.

Third, more concerning to this kangaroo judgment was the manner whereby the largest majority of citizens of the state that total up to 300,000 voters including the governor himself was rendered without humility, were disenfranchised and marginalized their constitutional rights of free and fair elections in their own state of Abia.

The judgment of these five Appeal Court Judges is similar to in mathematical principle, using what is called “Almighty formula” which a student uses to circumvent all mathematical principles and formula to arrive to an answer which is questionable by the teacher. The judgment of this Appeal Court is questionable and flawed in reality and must be resisted and blocked by the people of the state of Abia.

We are therefore, calling all the law abiding citizens of the State, the governor of the State Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and INEC to use all the peaceful tools and means within their power to pursue the cause of justice for a fair and true election that reflects the will and wishes of the voters of Abia State, Nigeria.

With these means and tools, all citizens shall be reassured that their votes count, not disenfranchised and marginalized in their own land and country.

Thank you.
