While the Lagos State Government is doing all it could to curb the rising crime and perenial traffic on Lagos roads,our security agents who believe they are above the law continue to flaunt traffic laws..Take a good look at the Military man stopped by members of the RRS Squard led by ACP Tunji Disu for driving against traffic..This was during a recent Rapid Response Squad (RRS) Special Traffic Enforcement at Mile 2, Oshodi-Apapa Expressway, on Monday, November 02, 2015.I hope the officer was adequately dealt with according to the law?
