A month later, I found a new buyer willing to pay $550,000 and I signed an agreement with the new buyer. But the old buyer sued me and sued the new buyer and put a Lis Pendens on my title and tied up my property for three years.
During that period, several people showed interests in buying my property but because of the Lis Pendens, they walked away.
The buyer's lawsuit was summarily dismissed by the Court and I filed a counter-suit and a motion for attorney fees and direct damages under the frivolous lawsuit statutes.
The buyer filed a motion asking the Court to summarily dismissed my counter suit and my motion a day before the trial date. Without him being in Court or represented by an attorney to argue his motion, this racist judge granted the motion and threw out my counter claim and my motion for attorney fees and damages.
I had spent $55,000 in three years to defend the frivolous lawsuit and lost the opportunity to use $500,000 to make money for three years. When my attorney pointed out to this racist judge that at minimum, I have lost at least $230,000 from the inability to use and invest my money, the judge only laughed and when she saw that we were not backing down, she called in the deputy Sheriffs to escort us out of the court.
The Judge name is Rae Lee Chabot of the 6th Circuit Court in Oakland County Michigan. I have filed a complaint against her with the Judicial Tenure Commission. What she does not know is that I am a fighter and I came from a family of warlords (Balogun).
A three judge case evaluation panel had awarded me $290,000. But this racist judge threw out their recommendation.
