TERRIBLE PICTURE ON STATE OF MALNUTRITION AT IDP CAMPS

This is not a picture from Somalia ,Ethiopia or even Sudan..This is the state of the malnutrition at the IDP camps in the North that First lady Aisha Buhari is talking about..It reminds me of the sufferings the Children went through during the days of the Biafran war..COULD THIS STILL BE HAPPENING IN A COUNTRY LIKE NIGERIA
