BUHARI APPOINTS NEW INEC CHAIRMAN

Professor Muhammad Yakubu has been appointed Chairman of the Independent national Electoral Commission (INEC).

His appointment was approved by the Council of State which met Wednesday in Abuja.Sokoto governor Aminu Tambuwal who briefed news men after the meeting confirmed the appointment..He said the current Ag Chairman of the Commission Amina Waziri has been posted to North West as Inec Commissioner
