A Special Adviser to Osun State Governor, Mr Bode Olugbore, has been arrested by the police over the death of his girlfriend, Miss Kemi Arobieke.
The deceased’s elder brother, Ayo, who confirmed the death of his sister on the telephone on Tuesday, said Kemi had known Olugbore for about four years, but the family did not know about their relationship.
The brother of the deceased said he, Kemi and Bode were members of the same church in Lagos adding that her sister said the suspect had been separated from his wife.
The governor’s media aide, Mr. Semiu Okanlawon, when contacted declined to comment on the matter.
He said, ” It’s a police matter. You can get accurate information about whatever happened from the police.”
