The man standing is the Spokesman of Defence Headquarters, Gen Olukolade with an unidentified man monitoring postings on facebook..It is a standard across the globe for the military and other security agents to monitor what is posted on social media and online to checkmate acts of terrorism etc.
Warning to all uncomplimentary commenters on facebook that insult everyone (including government officials & our security agencies) to thread softly, softly as the long arm of the law will surely pick them like the chameleon's tongue soon.
