My Encounter With My Church Pastor (CKN Experience)

OUR SELFISH PASTOR MET HIS MATCH TODAY IN CHURCH

About two years ago he was reassigned to our Parish.We were so happy ,Not that we were not happy with those before him..It's just that he has a way of moving us.He was also youthful so was easy to relate with.Barely three months after joining our Parish, while he was preaching, he suddenly turned his back at us ,he was facing the alter and went into a frenzy..The next thing we heard was NO FATHER,THEY CAN'T DO,THEY CAN'T DO IT,I KNOW THEM VERY WELL,TAKE AWAY THIS CUP FROM THEM..We were all shocked..What's our Man of God talking about..He continued saying that for over five minutes..After which he turned ,now fully drenched in his own sweat,called for the benediction.He didn't bother to tell us what he discussed with God.
After the service,some of who were close to him decided to meet with him..We asked what was the problem and what did God tell him.
He said, well, WHILE I WAS PREACHING,THE LORD SUDDENLY MINISTERED UNTO HIM THAT HE SHOULD ASK US TO BUILD HIM A NEW WELL FURNISHED APARTMENT FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY AND HE WAS TELLING GOD THAT WE CAN'T DO IT BECAUSE HE BELIEVED THE BURDEN WAS TOO MUCH FOR U..We were surprised by his "HUMILITY"
I asked him if that was all and he said yes..We told him, we ll get back to him in two days time.
Exactly Tuesday same week, we met our Pastor with the good news that we were going to OBEY GOD. We ll build him a new apartment.. We completed this within six months ,got it furnished and he moved in.
Five months later, during another service, our Pastor went into another frenzy, this time he shouted and shouted..FATHER,THEY CAN'T DO,THEY CAN'T DO IT,I KNOW THEM VERY WELL,TAKE AWAY THIS CUP FROM THEM.
Haba,at the end of the service we went back to him..What is it again Pastor,he said "My bothers and sisters,the lord asked me to inform u to buy me a brand new car,he was even specific (A Jeep,not tokunbo).Haaa,we were all shocked,who are we not to obey God..I told him Pastor,please stop fighting God,leave us to obey his will..
By the 31st of December, we presented our pastor with a Brand new JEEP worth N9m..(He actually came to our parish with a very old weather beaten SKODA).
When we thought all was well, today today (1st February 2015).
Our Pastor went into another Frenzy again. He was shouting at the top of his voice again..FATHER,THEY CAN'T DO,THEY CAN'T DO IT,I KNOW THEM VERY WELL,TAKE AWAY THIS CUP FROM THEM.
We knew we were into another trouble but decided to play along. About 20 of us were mandated to me with our Pastor..
This time, our Pastor didn't disappoint.. He said the Lord have asked us to buy a brand new car for his wife too and he told baba God that we have done enough ,that we cannot afford it.
Waiting for our answer...As if we had rehearsed it which we never did..we all chorused...YES PASTOR ,YOU ARE RIGHT THIS TIME,WE CANNOT AFFORD IT,GO BACK AND TELL GOD THIS TIME AROUND THAT WE CANNOT AND WILL NEVER AFFORD IT, as we trooped out enmass to leave a shocked Pastor with his mouth really wide open.
DIDN'T OUR PASTOR MEET HIS MATCH TODAY?..
At the rate he was going, we may be forced to buy him a Private Jet before he leaves our Parish...
