Ex Bayelsa Governor Timpriye Sylva Arrested

Former Governor of Bayelsa State Governor Timipreye Sylva has been arrested by security operatives.Though details of his arrest is not yet clear,Rivers State Governor ,Chibuike Amaechi disclosed this during a campaign rally in Port Harcourt yesterday.Rotimi said Sylvia was arrested by security authorities although he did not give further details..It will be recalled that Sylva has been having a running battle with the FG and EFCC over what has been described as the looting of Bayelsa treasuring during his four years reign as the governor of Bayelsa..He jumped ship and embraced the opposition APC from the PDP..Of late he has been making some inciting statements bordering on the person of the President and the ruling PDP.It has not been ascertained if he has been released as at the time of going pres.
