Rivers State Police Command has arrested a notorious
kidnapper in the state, who was allegedly behind the recent abduction of the
sister of Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Allison-Madueke.Petroleum minister, Mrs
Diezani Alison-MaduekeAccording to the state Police Public Relations Officer,
DSP Ahmad Muhammad,“the Rivers State Police Command wishes to inform members of
the public of Benjamin Bob Manuel’s arrest.“He was arrested around Nembe water
front on November 9.“He is the leader of the gang that abducted Osiya Agama,
the sister to Diezani Allison-Madueke, in October.“His accomplice, Whokows
Ekine was also picked today. They all confessed to the abduction of Osiya
Agama.”
