No vehicular movement is allowed from about 5 kilometres radius from the venue.. More people are still trooping in from around the city.. Pushing and shoving is the order of the day. Its a carnival situation.President Jonathan has just arrived the venue accompanied by all the PDP governors including Ex Gov Peter Obi of Anambra State.
