Car Thief Apprehended At UBEC Hq Abuja

This man was today apprehended at UBEC HQ premises in Abuja while trying to steal a car belonging to a visitor to the Education parastatal.Luck ran out on him when the owner of the car suddenly appeared and saw his car almost being driven out of the premises..His alarm attracted security agents within and outside the premises who quickly apprehended the thief before he could bolt away..He was given the beaten of his life,tied up and handed over to security agents for further investigation
