Tension Grips Yola After Court Judgement (CKN Live Report)

SITUATION REPORT FROM GOVT HOUSE YOLA,BY CKN
CKN Nigeria reporting from Yola, the capital of Adamawa State shows that the State is under high wired tension over the judgement of an Abuja High Court which today cancelled the scheduled Guber by election scheduled for Saturday. The Government House has been thrown into total disarray with the judgement which ordered the return of ex Deputy Governor Bala Ngalari as the new Governor.
The Ag Governor Hon Finitri who hitherto was the forerunner in the coming election is even more confused as to the next line of action to take. The PDP both in the State and Federal level are running helter skater and are currently meeting to know what next line of action to take. CKN Nigeria scooped that the Ex Deputy is now having the last laugh because as a lawyer, he knew all the loopholes inherent in the impeachment process which he exploited to his own advantage by forwarding his resignation letter to the House of Assembly instead of his boss, Murtala Nyako which has been interpreted to be unconstitutional.. In its desperate hunger for power, the then Speaker of the House and current Acting Governor of the State and the State House of Assembly  were unable to follow the due process of impeaching the Deputy Governor alongside his Principal.. The lifeline which they gave him to resign rather than outright impeachment is what is coming back to haunt them now. CKN Nigeria cannot confirm yet if the Deputy Governor will be sworn in immediately as directed by the court or whether the PDP led government will go for an appeal at the Appeal Court for a stay of action..
The government house have now been taken over by newsmen from across the globe who were already in Yola for the election scheduled for Saturday...
We are fully on ground monitoring the next line of action from all he camps.
