The Chief of
Naval Staff Rear Admiral U O Jubrin was in Abia State recently on a courtesy
visit.
He was
received in audience by the State governor,Chief T A Orji.
The governor
used the occasion to present the Naval Chief with a certificate of occupancy
for the newly built Nigerian Navy Guest House built by his administration to
the Navy
