The people of Ayobo in Lagos State have began a campaign that may cost the APC the council in the next election.
This was petition sent to CKN Nigeria by residents of the suburb.
"The slow pace at which the APC/Fashola government have been handling the Mosan-Ipaja road for the past 3 years the road construction contract had been awarded (after been re-awarded more than 3 times in the last 15 years) have left many residents of this area groaning in pains daily. Are we to talk of the numbers of manpower hours that is wasted every morning in traffic caused by these bad roads or the money been wasted on fuel that is burnt in the traffic or the stress motorists undergo everyday or the cost of car repairs caused by these bad roads? To make the matter worse, the only alternative road which is the Abesa/Abidap/Mosan road had practically collapsed due to TOTAL NEGLECT? Is this what the APC government term Dividend of democracy by punishing people who voted them into government? I think it is high time we try a new party"...Biodun Caston Dada

People need to witness what we go through trying to drive in or out of this area? Walahi! Koda rara! Ipaja/Ayobo is in a mess,especially that Gate bus stop at Abesan Estate. If this is didvidend of democracy,then it is not in our interest.
ReplyDeleteBariga , is worst. We will vote APC out but PDP is not the alternative. With what is happening at the federal level , it shows that these two parties does not understand what democracy is all about. Local goverment election should be done the same day with the our elections as part of our electoral reforms.
