FORMER President Olusegun Obasanjo, on Saturday, visited his son, Lt.
Col. Adeboye Obasanjo, who was shot by the Boko Haram sect in a military
operation last week, and was received by some eminent indigenes of Pateau State
on arrival at the General Yakubu Gowon Airport.
It was learnt that the former president arrived Jos, on Saturday, at
about 6: 15 pm and was received at by the deputy governor of Plateau State, Mr.
Ignatius Langjang, the Gbong Gwom Jos, His Majesty Da Jecob Gyang Buba
and other security chiefs include the Commander of the Special Task Force on
Jos crisis Major-General David Eniete.

From the Airport the former President and the Deputy governor of Plateau
and other security Chief drove straight to Obasanjo guest house along Wase
close GRA where his son was recuperating after a gun shot wound during
Boko Haram ambush in Maiduguri.
Our correspondent gathered that on arriving his Wase close guest house
his son rush to him to welcome him where the duo embrace each other.
As at the time of filling this report the former president and his son
security chiefs, Gbong Gwom Jos Da Jecob Gyang Buba, the deputy governor
Ignatius Longjan are holding a close door meeting at Wase close
