Ebola :Stop Using Public Hand Towels At Canteens And "Mama Put" ..Police Advice

Following the fresh reported cases of the EVD, the police authorities have heightened its public awareness campaign on basic prevention tips to be followed.
Deputy Force Police Public Relations Officer, Abayomi Shogunlo, warned Nigerians who visit food canteens to exercise due care at this period of the Ebola outbreak.
Shogunle, a Chief Superintendent of Police said Nigerians should desist from making use of the public hand and mouth towels usually provided by the food canteen vendors to prevent themselves from contracting the deadly virus.
“Stop using those wet ‘Mama Put’ towels to wipe your hands and mouth after eating. Practice safe hygiene procedures and request disposable serviettes to prevent and stop Ebola,” the police spokesman, advised.
