Vice President Namadi Sambo has arrived Medina,Saudi Arabia to perform this year's hajj.This was confirmed to CKN Nigeria on a telephone conversation with his media aide Umar Sani at 9.46am Nigerian time today. According to Sani, the Vice President flew straight from Bayelsa State capital last night to Saudi Arabia. He was in Bayelsa State the hometown of his boss to declare open the 1st Bayelsa State Economic forum.While in Saudi Arabia, he is expected to perform one of the obligations of Islam,which is the pilgrimage to Mecca .Some top government top functionaries were part of his entourage. One of them is the Minister of FCT, Bala Mohammed..He is expected back in Nigeria on the 26th of July
