This is another unwaranted show of hypocricy. Because he was riding bicycle other road users,both vehiculer & others were restricted while he the lord took over the entire road. No one was allowed to overtake the governor as long as the ride lasted.
That is pure hypocrisy. He should tell us next time how much money has been allocated to the state and how much of the money has been judiciously managed.....and try stop being fake and dry as to be riding a bicycle b,and also making a show out of it. He should tell us, he just wanted to catch fun!
