Lady Cries Out:How A Fake Prophet Duped Me In Lagos

A young lady, who identified herself as Precious, was on Sunday duped of her belongings by two men who approached her on her way back from Church around Ojodu Berger area in Lagos.
Precious, who works in one of the popular eateries in Lagos, said she was approached by a very old man who claimed to be a Pastor from The Redeemed Christian Church of God.
“I am a member of Mountain of Fire Ministry; I was coming back from church on Sunday, July 6, 2014. I walked down to Berger bus-stop where I wanted to get some fruits, and then suddenly an elderly man driving in a Peugeot 504 car stopped by the side of the road looking at me and seemed like he wanted to give me a ride. I asked if he could give me a ride and he stopped. In that process another elderly man came out from no where.
According to her, “the driver of the vehicle said he was looking for Metropolitan Hospital and asked if I could help him and I said I couldn’t since I didn’t know any hospital with such name. The other man then said he knows the hospital and he said it was somewhere in Ogba. The man then got into the car and so did I”.
Precious who wept bitterly while narrating her ordeals at the corporate head office of Independent Newspapers Limited (INL) on Sunday, said “on our way to Ogba, the driver started prophesying to me and part of what he was saying seemed real. The man then asked me to remove my underwear; he said I should pour saliva on my hand and deep it on my private part, saying that there was a sickness he wanted to bring out. He said they have used something to tie my womb”.
She added that the driver stopped at Omole Estate Phase One and told everyone in the car to write their names, ages and what they wanted God to do for them.
“Meanwhile, he stepped out of the car saying he didn’t want it to look like he had seen all that we had written down.  We then did as he instructed, and after writing he told us to chew the papers and throw them away. He said we should ask him all that we had written and that he will tell us through the mandate of Jehovah.
“He entered the car and on our way he said that the other man should come down so that both of us will move forward a bit. After doing this, we then reversed and picked the other man.
“It was my turn to get down so the man could also do the same thing I had done. I was then instructed to hand over everything I had to the man. He told me to open my bag and said that I was evil and that there was something in my bag that will confirm that I was practising evil. I then opened my bag and handed it over to the man with about N19, 000. He said he would help me out of my problems.
“He asked me if I had my ATM card with me and I told him I didn’t. He said I should remove my ear-ring and gold chain since he was a saint and I also hand over my two phones to him.  He said he would pray over these things and will give them back to me. He said I should get out of the car and recite “The Lords prayer” 10 times and also pluck a leaf and put one in my bag and the other in my wallet and after the 10th recitation he would come back and pick me. I came down from the car and did as I was instructed, but to my surprise, he never came back.”

  5. She has a first class degree in stupidity. Put saliva in ur private part and u did and u re coming from MFM. May be she was hypnotised by dem, but d prayers she said in church would have been enof to spoil d spell. Any way lets thank God they were not ritualists, she would have lost her valuables and her life
