President
Goodluck Jonathan has nominated 43 year old Ositadinma Benjamin Chidoka as a
minister of the federal republic of Nigeria to take the slot of Anambra State
in the federal executive council.
Osita, who is currently the corps marshal of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), would likely replace disgraced minister of aviation, Ms. Stella Oduah, who was fired last February over a series of sleazy deals in the aviation sector.
Mr.
Osita’s nomination finally closes another chapter by former governor Peter
Obi’s quest to replace Oduah as aviation minister.
A letter sent to the Nigerian Senate about Osita’s nomination will be read on the floor of the senate later today.
