With this appointment, Kashamu will be cleared of all drug related charges as Ibori was cleared of all corrupt charges when PDP appointed his man Attorney General. It is a strategy desinged to save Kashamu from Obasanjo's drug war with him. But it will be like Ibori who was cleared in Nigeria but remains convicted abroad where legal system is working. Kashamu is a major PDP financier in South West.
