Nigeria will on Thursday 29th May 2014 mark 15th years of return to democracy.It was on May 29th 1999 that President Olusegun Obasanjo was sworn as the 3rd Republic democratically elected President of Nigeria. Within the past 15 years, Nigeria had three Presidents..The return to democracy in 1999 was welcomed with so much hopes and anticipation..Nigeria's had a better dream for the future.To them ,the glorious day was here.15 years down the road,how would you rate Nigeria's return to democracy.. Is it The Good, The Bad or The Ugly?
