The name of my daughter is
Adaobi Ogbechie The people out there will not know the pains that we are going
through. It is very painful to me. My daughter told me that she wants to become
a lawyer. So, I want government to put more efforts to secure the release of
our daughters. They should bring them back alive from where they are being
kept. It’s painful the way we are hearing conflicting stories about how
Boko Haram is maltreating our daughters. I also have a friend, Mrs. Biliki
Mohammed, whose daughter, Sabina, was also abducted. They should bring our
children back to us alive because we are very angry now. We don’t sleep again
and we no longer have appetite for food. We cry every minute. Our hearts are
heavy. They should locate them where they are being kept. They should please
return them to us. I have the rest of mind that they are not dead. We are
praying and fasting for their wellbeing so that Boko Haram will not torture,
rape or kill any of them.”
