President Goodluck Jonathan is expected in Delta State on
June 3 for a ground breaking ceremony of another university, the Eagle Heights
University.The university, at Omadino in Warri South Local Government Area,
will bring to six the number of universities in Delta State. Eagle Heights
University, the third private university in the state, is the brainchild of
Word of Life Bible Church, Warri owned by President of Christian Association of
Nigeria,Ayo Oritsejafor.The President, on May 10, performed the ground breaking
ceremony of Nigeria Maritime University at Okerenkoko, Warri South-West Local
Government Area of Delta State, with a call for human capacity development,
identified as a major component for national transformation and development.The
president, is returning to Delta State for the ground breaking ceremony of
another university, this time a privately owned one

It will stupid of the president to honor such rubbish invitation while the problem of the abducted girls is still on the table.
ReplyDeleteSecondly it is a compound shame that a president of the nation will go to commission the foundation of a private university and not asking himself while can't the federal government provide education to the youths.
I done tired for nigerian government. They can upgrade wat dey have they will be looking for another aim to open anoda one. Federal polytechnic re heading 7month of strike but he cannot do anytyn about it.

ReplyDeleteMichael I think is stupidity and ignorance that is your problem, the best universities in UK and USA are privately owned and they also employ youths and engage a lot of young people who would have been out there without schooling, GEJ created new 9 Universities if u must know. @ Oluchi Ofuchi, Ur a taboo and a fool from birth.
