Policeman Rapes 13 Years Girl Under Gun Point In Anambra

Few days after Lagos Police DPO raped a lady in his office, another police officer has reportedly raped a 13years old daughter of a clergymman in Anambra State.

The police sergeant according to report has been apprehended in Anambra state for raping a 13 years old girl (names withheld) and the daughter of a popular pastor at Ukpor in Idemili Council Area of Anambra State.

Our source reported that the teenage girl is now pregnant and she quoted as saying that the police man ordered her not to tell anybody or be killed which made her to kept it to herself until she missed her monthly menses and complained to her mother who after thorough probe led to her confession.

The police man initially denied the allegation and was supported by the DPO Nnewi South, Ndidiamaka Oguamalam which made the victim’s parent to write a petition to the Human Rights group and the Commissioner of Police.

Suddenly the Police man accepted to be responsible and agreed to take care of the girl till she delivers by giving the family N20,000 monthly but the father , a Pastor was demanding N300,000 at once to enable them take care of the girl till delivery.

It was gathered that the police man ordered the girl at gun point to have sex with her on her way back from school and had carnal knowledge of her but the suspect said it was on a cordial agreement and never by force.

But the approach of the Divisional Police Officer, Nnewi-South, Nigerian Police Anambra state command , Ndidiamaka Oguamalam over the rape case was something else as she denied knowledge of that initially when contacted.

She however later directed the reporter to the PPRO , Emeka Chukwuemeka for proper briefing as she has transferred the case of rape she has to Awka state CID.

Oguamalam said: ‘’I don’t have such case here. Go to the PPRO, I am investigating the case here .The rape case with me have been transferred to the State CID Awka . Let them go to the CP or the PPRO because I am not authorized to speak with you.

But when contacted the PPRO, DSP Emeka Chukwuemeka confirmed the command got such report but said investigations are ongoing to determine the level of culpability of the said officer as the CP , Usman Gwary does not tolerate any kind of mess up by his officers and rank and file.

‘’the matter is under investigation and I will brief you later’’, he concluded.

A concerned citizen and managing Director of Zenith Cyber Café, Chris Okoye was livid on hearing that a middle aged police officer raped a 13 years old girl and a pastor’s daughter for that matter.

Okoye said: ‘It was outrageous and condemnable if truly the policeman raped the girl is still an underage and no sane man should say she had sex without her consent.

He said the act was un becoming of a police officer, urging Usman Gwary to look into that report as it is on record he does not tolerate nonsense from his men.

Meanwhile investigations by the at the Police station revealed that the police confirmed that there was pregnancy resulting from carnal knowledge between the policeman and the girl with her consent and that the pregnancy did not occur in just one sexual encounter as they had been friends for long.

They were worried because of the age of the girl but said investigations are still on going to find out the true position of things even though the Pastor father of the girl who initially reported the matter does not want the case prosecuted any more for reasons best known to him probably to avoid exposing the evil policeman also exposing her daughter who is her partner in the case.

The father of the girl (names with held) when contacted was livid that this reporter was calling him with regards to that asking if he has anything on the matter, advising that he should be left alone as the trauma was enough.

The girl has been moved to a nearby South-East state for better attention and out of the troubled zone.
