The Minister of State Defense ,Senator Musiliu Obanikoro today said that the salary of serving Ministers under President Goodluck Jonathan is N2,000,000 Annually. Senator Obanikoro said this while speaking on a live programme monitored on Television this morning. According to him, when all other allowances are added, it comes to N4,000,000.Drawing a line between the purported low cost housing being built in Lagos by the State Government, the Minister asked how an average Nigerian could afford to pay N16,000,000 for the so called Housing Estate. He denied the report that he led some soldiers to stop on going work at the Iluburin Housing Estate project. ReplyDeleteMusiliu must be stupid to have asumed all Nigerians are stupid enough to believe this falsehood. They take Nigerians for a ride. So he earns less than #340k per month as he minister and he wants us to believe dat? Nigerians political office holders are the highest paid all over d world and that is why they do ungodly things to ge into those offices. I don't see d likes of Musiliu staying in politics if what he will take home monthly is #1million only. I pray God will reduce Musiliu and his likes to #4million yearly income since he prays for it by telling this lie.
