Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has
condemned the flamboyant manner the Federal government celebrated the centenary
celebration yesterday despite the murder of several students of the Federal
Government College Buni Yadi by Boko Haram.
This was his post on his facebook page:
"I'm
appalled by this obscenity showing on NTA in the name of Centenary Celebration.
It is inappropriate!
I'm proud of our history over the last 100 years. I congratulate our President and Nigerians for this journey so far.
However, I totally denounce the party currently happening in Abuja. It is a symbolic dance on the graves of those murdered FGC children.
It's a slap on the faces of those FGC parents currently mourning their children, and those crying over their abducted children".

Is this the same Atiku behind Boko haram that want Nigeria to purse cos of the activities of his boko boys?Never Nigeria goes on,his plans will never prevail.
ReplyDeleteMy dear am not a politician so I don't who Atiku is but the truth must be told. With the number of death recorded few hours before the the celebration there was no need for the funfair. We are talking about children whose lives was cut short in their prime not about criminals masquerading themselves as angels.
DeleteAnonymous @9.35am you n your kids are tne next in the rader.you will see how painful it is to loss kids that went to school and you see reason with what Atiku just said.since u said it is good so u must have a taste of it too n feel the weight.
ReplyDeleteIf u are Atiku's relative or beneficiary.....go ahead Α̲̅Ω̴̩̩̩̥d say ur mind. The comment shared above by the gentle man never sound in support of boko haram but against ATIKU in person who is not meant to utter words of deceit with the blv dat he's fulling we Nigerians.
DeleteGuy....you need to braze up ur sense of responsibilty Α̲̅Ω̴̩̩̩̥d stop allowing people to fool you.
Atiku has no moral right to speak against the president or bokoharam. Afterall he sworn to make nigeria ungovernable to the president. Now that Atiku and his northern supporters have achieved the objective, why are they lamenting. Rather than stay in pdp to assist the president in combating the crime, he decided to join the opposition party apc for selfish presidential ambition. Atiku has lost steam, respect and value. He is a mere pretender and can still talk cos of the monumental stolen wealth he illegally acquired.
ReplyDeleteAtiku and others condemning the centinary ceebration should keep their dirty mouth shut!! Nigeria must go on.....
ReplyDeleteAtiku and his group should close their dirty mouth by condeming nigeria development bcos their evil plan over nigeria will not work by grace of GOD AMEN.
ReplyDeleteIt is so funny that idiotic nd foolish comment is been expressed by our fellow Nigerians, every reasonable persons or leaders will know it is wrong to celebrate wit peoples money why some of their children which is their future is been killed and abducted d same day or about d same period and besides what are we celebrating;is it poverty, corruption, anachy in government, unemployement, power failure, poor medicals, poor education system, high crime in d country or what among many sad happenings in d country.someone needs to show jonathan a good dictionary 4 him to know what is called celebration, nigerians are not happy so they are far 4rm celebrations except 4 d few that have stolen our wealth to enjoy nd celebrate wit their families and relatives and d heartless wicked nigerians will celebrate
ReplyDeleteRapheal shut up. I pray your apc wins come 2015. Let us see the magic apc will perform. But they won't succeed because both pdp and apc is same people
ReplyDeleteGod bless u broda.worse than pdp cos no non-moslem is their exco and a collection of hardenen thieves
DeleteI can't understand how we should be celebrating when we have children being buried. Not even a minute silence was observed. God is watching Jonathan and his cohorts.
ReplyDeleteAre u sure there was no 1 minute silence because it will be very wicked of them
DeleteWhen OBJ killed the pple of Zakibia and udi didnt we celebaret oct first?
ReplyDeleteFellow nigerians, atiku, ndume and the likes know exactly wat they r doing.atiku promised to make the country ungovernable under jonathan.Tell with the attacks, why is it his schools with men and americans had not been attacked.let us be wise.Nigeria is a concussion and a carichure that must be cured one day.unity based on negotism, injustice and hate is better negotiated.
ReplyDeletePls stop this blantant broad day lies that some one promise to make nigeria ungovernable for GEJ.He is simply a failure.
ReplyDeletePls oh, i guess by now atiku's university has gone on emergency brk becos of d murdered kids if not, he is worst than shakarua 4 dat stupid statement.
ReplyDeleteMay d souls of d departed kids rest in peace!
