PDP Press Statement
The Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) has described the directive by theAPC National Executive
Committee that their members in the NationalAssembly should stall the passage
of the 2014 budget and theconfirmation of new service chiefs as a clear and
direct call for anarchy and a vindication of PDP’s earlier position that the
APC is out to destroy the institution of democracy and the unity of the nation.
The PDP said “in
asking that service chiefs should not be confirmed by the Senate, the APC has
revealed its devilish plot to undermine the nation’s security system, create a
state of anarchy and pave way to unleash mayhem on the people”.
The ruling party said “in trying to frustrate the
passage of the 2014 budget, the APC has
also exposed its plot to cripple the nation’s economy and plunge the people
into untold hardship”
According to the PDP, by attempting to cause confusion
in the National Assembly, which is the
citadel of democracy, it is now clear to all Nigerians that the APC has
commenced the implementation of its orchestrated plot to truncate the nation’s
democracy, push the country into a state
chaos and achieve its doomsday predictions; a plot which must be stopped.

Where are those who asked GEj,to continue? Pls join us in the house and get more. God,was with GEJ but he thought he was perfect. DeleteFG should restore peace to rivers state. They making the rivers people to live in fear. Late Yaradua gave us Niger Deltas amnesty.. no Wike has given them back their guns. This is thesame amnesty the northerners were asking for. So tell me who is doing who now. Gej,u last option to gain the masses supports are the followings- remove the likes of stella and let them be tried, bring back the pump price to #70 per litre,give us steady power supply,free Education at all levels,creat employments and apologise to Nigerias.
