      @9:42 the only performance criteria that Nigeria knows for ibos are: armed robbery,advance fee fraud,international prostitution,drug caretels,pimping,kiddnapping,theft,incest,homosexuality,war mongers, arm trade,inciting hate e.t.c don't. Think we don't know.
