Go To Court..Goodluck Tells Losers Of Anambra Guber Poll

President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has called on aggrieved candidates of other political parties in the just concluded Anambra State governorship election to seek redress in a law court.
Jonathan who made this call in a statement signed by his spokesman, Dr Reuben Abati congratulated the winner of the election and candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Willie Obiano, who was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after a supplementary election on Saturday, November 30, 2013.
He urged the Anambra governor-elect to dedicate himself to building on the laudable achievements of his predecessor, Mr Peter Obi, adding that Obiano should  be fully committed to further the socio-economic development of all parts of Anambra State and the protection of the interests of all citizens of the state irrespective of their party affiliations or political loyalties.
“To promote greater peace, unity and harmony within the state, President Jonathan calls on Chief Obiano to ensure that his incoming administration carries all stakeholders along in its bid to move Anambra forward.
“The President assures Chief Obiano that the Federal Government under his leadership will continue to work with the Anambra State government and all other state governments to achieve better living conditions for all Nigerians.
“Having also noted complaints about the conduct of the governorship elections in Anambra, President Jonathan calls on all aggrieved persons to keep their bids for redress within the bounds of legality, decorum and acceptable political conduct in conformity with the principles of democracy and the rule of law.”
The President urged Obiano to promote greater peace, unity and harmony within the state by carrying all stakeholders along in a bid to move Anambra forward.

  3. I know Jonathan is a drunkard that does not know the meaning of disenfranchised and it implication on the credibility of an election. History will judge you as the worst thing to happen to this country since independence. Ole
