In all, one key factor that glues all the qualities of hard work, sacrifice and risk taking together is habit. Successful entrepreneurs have properly mastered these habits which they practice daily in their personal as well as business life. These core habits have made them billionaires in their respective business empires today. When learned and practiced over time, these core habits can equally propel you to becoming a successful and well respected entrepreneur in your field.

THE BOOK - Arise and Ignite Your Life

The central theme of the book focused on the industrious nature of the Ant and the tiny creature used as a metaphor for hard work and resilience. All that is required of any individual to pursue their dreams, possess their possessions and recover all their lost blessings is to stop sitting comfortably, stop procrastinating and stop making excuses. The cure to getting out of your comfort zone and overcoming your fears is by taking action. If you conceive the thought in your mind, then surely you can achieve what you purpose in your mind, but only if you follow it up with action. Many people who live averagely and who choose not to take advantage opportunities that come their way will continue to be in a state of Passing over Opportunity Repeatedly (P.O.O.R)

In this book, you’ll learn how to:-

· Overcome your fears and going after your dream

· Take the necessary action you need to kick start your dream

· Navigate through obstacles that come your way

· Be persistent and not give up on your dreams

· Succeed against all odds to make your dream come true

This book will not only inspire you,
but it will incite you to take action to fulfil your dreams.

THE BOOK - Burden of a Country

Burden of a country traces the childhood story of the author living in a society blessed with abundant mineral and capital resources, but which was mismanaged through corruption by past successive leaders in Nigeria. It is a socio-economic and political commentary about Nigeria from 1960 and highlights the root causes of brain drain phenomenon of the 1980’s. It is a powerful indictment on the poor leadership of Nigeria, which has led to the progressively slow pace of economic growth for many decades. It also takes aim at the West for its debatable Neo-colonialist role containing and restricting the growth and development of many third world countries.

Adeleye’s book is a gritty, no holds barred and hard hitting narrative which is full of plenty of home truths. In the midst of the epileptic state of Nigerian economy, the potential for great Nigeria can still happen. One of the first steps to transforming Nigeria is to continue to strive and demand for good democratic governance for our leaders. The only way this can be achieved is when Nigerians collectively strive to become agent s of change themselves. We all need to be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem to be solved. The road to recovery to fix the years of waste, rot and the lost hope of its citizens, may be long but it is possible. The dawn of a new era will arrive when Nigerians can be proud to speak positively about Nigeria. Hopefully then, the rest of the world would come to see Nigeria and Nigerians in a positive light.
