Goodluck Sets Up Adhoc Committee On National Conference

President Goodluck Jonathan has approved the set up of a interim committee headed by Chief Femi Okurunmu to fashion out the modalities for a National Conference.
President Jonathan made this disclosure this morning while addressing Nigerians on the 53rd anniversary of the country.
Other members of the committee will be disclosed later and they will be given one month to submit their report for full implementation

  1. I pray that this intended National discurss is not laced with some hidden political agenda. The Nigeria political climate is fully charged & temper is quite high among different geopolical zones. I hope the modality for the conference will eliminate possible arears that may drive us to senseles blood letting. May God help us.
