Are you aware that Nigeria has lost more in oil revenue
due to pipe oil vandalization since the federal government awarded multi
billion Naira oil pipeline surveillance contracts to some ex Niger Delta
Militants than any recorded period in Nigeria's history?.
Top members of the disbanded militant groups were
awarded these contracts by President Goodluck Jonathan to keep them busy but
information from the various agencies of government showed that atleast
25% of Nigeria's oil are stolen daily by unknown people (under the watchful
eyes) of these same ex militants..Most of the militant have become billionaires
overnight..
People like Asari
Dokubo and Government Tompolo now fly private jets, infact Tompolo owns his own
private jet according to report.
Many believe that
President Goodluck is unnecessary empowering the Niger Delta militants to the detriment
of other regions.
They believed that
the Billions of Naira being given then for pipeline surveillance could have
been given the Army,Navy,Airforce and Civil Defence to properly monitor the
pipelines. Many illegal refineries are now scattered all over the Niger Delta.
Our question today
is, do you think President Goodluck Jonathan has been too generous to the Ex
Niger Delta Militants.
Should these ex
militants be paid billions of Naira every year to monitor pipelines (which some
of them are also vandalized).
Has the Niger Delta
militants justified the huge money being given them or should such subventions
be stopped?

ReplyDeleteThe militants are the number one oil bunkerers in Nigeria
ReplyDeleteThis poser is quite overdue. The emphatic answer is yes. Who are militants ? These are guys who have refuse to go to school or learn artisan but because they are always available for politicians to use for political and other dangerous jobs, they then emerged under the name of millitants. Today, we the law abiding citizens of Niger Delta are not paid any money because we are not usable for any political vices. Investigate the job of Kingsley Kuku before he became Ondo stae house of assembly member and you will know where Jonathan is going with this fake armnesty programme
ReplyDeleteGive them some times(u can not ate ur cake nd have it), all 'll be well. (Nigeria go better). The President is theirs.

ReplyDeleteVictory ,God bless you..CKN Nigeria thanks for this post..Let me tell all Nigerians that we,the majority of the real Niger Delta Boys are not benefitting from these money..Goodluck is just sharing it among his boys..Even the bulk of the money is shared between Kuku and the militant leaders..Few drops are given to the boys..The spirit of our fore fathers will judge and kill all of them. The amnesty program is a fas and should be stopped immediately.
