Major Al Mustapha Set Free By Appeal Court

The Chief Security Officer to late Head of State,Sani Abacha,Major Hamza Al Mustapha was today discharged and acquitted of the murder of the wife of Late MKO Abiola,Kudirat.Al Mustapha who for years has been standing trial for the murder was sentenced to death by hanging by a Lagos High Court few months back.He went on Appeal.Its yet to be seen if this is the end of the trial or if the prosecutors will held to the Supreme Court.
