    High Chief Dokpesi, u beter guide what u have jealously, because these dudes are brain in d company and multitudes of Nigerians follow their educative programmes because they know their jobs.   15. Even if they are recalled, the deed is done, they must let their plan B be activated at any instant the cloud is gathering again. You can never be the boss of your employer! Ultimately the boss may be the loser following the exit of experienced staff while those who are likely to replace them wiil work in fears of being shown the way out at the slightest provocation based on previous antecedent.
