Why I Wept In Public..Muhammadu Buhari

Former military head of state, General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) has said that he had to weep in public because of the hardships Nigerians suffer despite the enormous wealth the country is blessed with.
Buhari, who spoke in a radio interview in Kano yesterday, blamed the bad leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the country’s numerous woes.
“I joined politics on two grounds: first was, after I was out of the prison, people asked me to join politics, perhaps they saw the potential in me; the second was, the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 and the changes it brought about compelled me to join politics and based on multi-party system if justice will be done to all,” Buhari said.
He described as embarrassing the outcome of the recent election in the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) which is enmeshed in leadership tussle.

The Notherners that their brothers hire foreiners to come and kill them. The Notherners that finds difficulties in getting admissions in schools, scholarship or employment even though they are qualified?. When Sardauna died, the unity of the North vanished and half baked Mallams (Grown up Almajiris) Hungry Pastors took over with sentiment. The North has been divided for long.

As a past ruler u ar part of our problem.yu ar suppose to be playin the role of an elder stateman by now.if u ar intelligent enough as u want us to believe u ar suppose to be enjoyng ur retiremnt on international engagements rather taking on contesting for Presidency as a Proffession. Unfortunately most of those u jailed 4 corrupt practices during ur regime ar nw ur political associates.

  20. Stop insulting yourself by tryng to sell a bad product.politics is all abt interest.if the two reasons given abve is truelly frm Buhary,Then he has no business in Politics.I rather sugest that as a Fulani, he can make himself useful/bzy by joinig his kinsmen, the herdsmen in the bush to help stop unnecesary invasion of other villages.

  21. We are with Buhari and if Buhari wil contest by 2015 we wil vote 4 him bcos he is better than GEJ. Wait for 2015 and see PDP and GEJ will be history. You are making comments base on sentiment not base on reality so we cannot stop you but d more you hate Buhari the more we love him. So do as you wish you are just deceiving your self.

  22. Is unfortunate' yet at this era we still indulge in personalising issues DAT affect Nigeria.pdp 16 yrs in power yet no any achievement. We must understand different btw personal issues N national issues.we must accept the accidental failure of pdp.with option otherwise the country will collapsed. Buhari is the solution.
