Ten Commissioners Of Police Redeployed

 
THE Inspector General of Police, M. D. Abubakar, has ordered the inmediate posting of 10  commissioners of police (CPs) and deputy commissioners of police (DCPs) to various commands and formations.
The postings, according to the Force spokesman, Frank Mba, affected three commissioners of police and seven deputy commissioners.
In the new posting, Sylvester Umeh, Eastern PAP, Port Harcourt, moved to Kebbi State; Yahaya Ardo moved to Police College, Ikeja, as commandant, while Irimiya F, Yerima, formerly the commandant, Police College, Ikeja, moved Eastern PAP, Port Harcourt.
Deputy commissioners of police affected in the new posting were Nyats N. Jatau, who moved to Railways, Lagos State as CP; Mohammed Sani Usman moved to Force Headquarters as CP, “F” Department; Yakubu O. Jibrin moved to Police Staff College, Jos, as deputy commandant and CP Coordinating Courses, while Mukhtar Garko moved to Niger State.
Also posted were Mohammed Danmalam, who moved to the IGP Monitoring Unit, Force Headquarters, Abuja; M.L  Hussein moved to Plateau State, while Alhassan Mamuda moved to DC Administration, “G” Department, Force Headquarters, Abuja.
