The Federal Road Safety Commission has confirmed an accident that
happened at the 3rd Mainland Bridge in the early hours of this
morning..This was confirmed to CKN Nigeria by the Lagos State Commander of the
FRSC Commander Nsebong Akpabio MON in a chat a while ago.
According to him, contrary to report, no one died in the accident as being speculated.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident including a commercial bus
with fully loaded passengers.
On impact, the conductor of the bus fell into the Lagoon but was rescued
by fishermen.
The identity of the other vehicles was also given.
No life was lost in the accident.
