DeleteMy people for everything happening,theres always a reason oooh,dnt forget that the insurgents in the North is been colloborated with some security personnel,where is the Boko Haram memebers getting all the army uniforms and other security outfits they use in other to carry out thier plans successfully?if any body violets the law at this time when security is threatened he should be made to bear the punishment involved please,always dont forget the army are fully incharge of those states,it is not both the army and the police
