In recent times, the South Eastern part of Nigeria has become a heaven
for baby factories, where women sell their pregnancies even before birth. The
business is booming so well that in the past months, several baby factories
have been discovered in Abia,Imo and even Anambra State, where even under age
pregnant girls were confined to a camp where they were given tokens for their
new born babies..The kids are now resold to individuals (which in some cases
may use them for ritual purposes)..CKN Nigeria question is simple, why are
these baby factories booming in the South East of Nigeria

Poverty is d reason for such surge. Since they're going to sell it nd make money out of it.
ReplyDeleteThis is far from poverty.... This is what is called PURE MADNESS.
ReplyDeleteMay God have mercy on us
ReplyDeleteDis is stupidity... Wat if dats d only child God has blessed u wit? Some persons brains are very shallow!!!
ReplyDeleteBlame all those daughters of the rich whom have condemned their wombs and just need a slave that would give birth to their babies and need more slaves that would clean their houses and still care for such children; because they have learnt from History that it would not pay them or do them any good if their husbands go ahead to pregnant their house girls. So this is the best option.
ReplyDeleteI want to submit that all religious institutions and schools must make it compulsory that all child and their parents to present a DNA test result linking every child with its biological parents before they are dedicated in either the church or mosque or before they are admitted into any pre-nursery,nursery or primary school.

Mr. Ayegba, you said it all. People have defiled the most precious gift from GOD! The rich and a lot of Nigerians living overseas are heavy culprits in this baby buying business. I have seen a lot of families without kids of their own and all of a sudden they show up with kids from Nigeria. In the United States of America, the most vital document that triggers or establishes your citizenship is your Birth Certificate. DNA as you advocated could be complicated rather the Nation needs a fool proof National birth certificate registry.
DeleteLet all those in the corridor of power implement it in nigeria constitution that it is a must for every child to present his or her DNA test result along with their father before such child/children can be registered in any private or public school even at all institutions of higher learning. If this is done it will reduce rate of promiscuity and crimes in the society. Sincerely speaking if someone is a basterd no matter how rich or influentia the parent may be in the society,he or she will always bring shame to the society. However no amount of prayers can make a basterd a better person in the society unless his/her mother confirm the true biological father. Pls my comment is very vital for us to have a reform nigerian who can redeem the lost glory of our dear country and elsewhere in the world. MANY THANKs & GOD BLESS. From: Femi(Ijebu State for real)
ReplyDeleteWhat are this people thinking . God indicate your place in this country.
ReplyDeleteUnemployment is the reason for all this attrocities. Creat jobs for nigerians ok FG
ReplyDeleteWe have and wiLl have no reason for such inhuman, unlawful and ungodly acts. If it's poverty, that means about 68% and if it's unemployment 48% of Nigerians should gone into it.
ReplyDeleteI know very well that many poor and unemployed Nigerians still hold onto their dignity and God by not doing things like this.
Here are my points;
1. The love of money (mostly on the part of d factory owners or managers).
2. Inadequate education (I don't only mean going to school) but parent/guardian to children orientation and good upbringing.
3. High level of ungodliness (both on the side of the factory to misinform and, mislead, mismanage and malhandle those underaged pregnant girls, sell God's gifts for ritual purposes, killing innocent babies, encourage ritualism and constituting nuesians in the society) etc.
Please Godly and patriotic Nigerians, let's keep praying and working positively in d interest of our dear nation.
So help us God, amen.
sud all come close to our creator cos all these r d signs of end time
ReplyDeleteIt is people taking advantage of government distance from the people to sefishly exploit them, cos no living creature nomatter how broke would want to be saprated from his or her child. Just wait and see the police would soon get used to the News and start collecting money to grant bail. Those asking for DNA want to adultrate the process to OLuwole type. Obasi JNR
