Could the air crash involving the Governor of Kaduna
State avoidable..The answer may be yes if what CKN Nigeria’s investigation is
anything to go by.A close friend of the celebrant whose father’s burial
Governor Yakowa attended said that emerging report has it that the helicopter
was sighted in Port Harcourt airport this morning undergoing repairs..According
to him,a top government official in the present government saw the helicopter
at Port Harcourt airport under going repairs..At a point,it will took off and
landed after some minutes, while flight engineers will go back to work on it
again.
According to our reliable source ,the helicopter did
that over five times ..What he never knew was that the helicopter was going to
pick people from Bayelsa …
We reliably gathered that the helicopter crashed four
minutes after takeoff..The plane burnt into ashes with the occupants..
Just some flesh parts were seen at the scene..This runs
contrary to some photos making the rounds in social media of a helicopter lying
on its side in a bush.
CKN Nigeria was able to scoop that the Governor was
full of life before departing to take his flight, because he sat directly
opposite our contact.
All activities at Nembe,the venue of the burial has
come to a standstill as everyone remained in a mournful mood especially the celebrant,Oronto
Douglas who has remained speechless after the incident.
While the names of the other occupants of the plane apart from the Governor and Gen Azazi were not readily available.
