Uneasy calm pervades the ancient city of Kano following
a time bomb that exploded near Zoo Road, Wednesday morning.
The incident is coming on the heels of a failed attempt
by a yet-to-be identified group to blow up a luxury bus along Zaria Road,
by Kundila Housing Estate, yesterday night.
Security
sources in the city confirmed there were no casualties in the two incidents,
adding that troops have been deployed to the affected areas to restore
“confidence and normalcy
